Fortress IPO System is STT’s browser-based solution for managing Initial Public Offerings in a dematerialised market.
The system supports market operators, underwriters and investors through configurable IPO workflows from registration and application processing through to allocation, reporting and CSD integration.
Fortress IPO System includes role-based access, user-definable screen views, configurable authorisation, bulk notifications, syndicate support, an integrated general ledger, and automatic or manual allocation functionality.
Investor-facing functionality can support shareholder and investor registration, KYC document uploads, bid placement, payment gateway uploads, investor reports, and visibility of available funds and IPO allocation status.
The solution can integrate with a CSD via SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging for issuer loading, instrument loading, shareholder loading and IPO allocation results.
