Product Overview
CBMS is STT’s central bank management system, designed as an integrated platform for central bank treasury, auction and custody workflows.
The system consists of connected modules that support auction creation, bid processing, treasury operations, configurable general ledger functionality and custody-related processes.
The auction component enables dealers in the market to enter bids in real time, while holding reports show whether issued scrip is real-time. The system is SWIFT-enabled and supports ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messaging.
The custody component links into the broader CBMS workflow and supports settlement and collateral reserve processes through integration with the Real-Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS).
